Born and raised in Denmark, I am also 50% Australian via my mother. With the exception of a few stints in Melbourne, Munich, and London, I have been based in Copenhagen for the past 18 years.

I am a freelance writer specialising in the fields of food, culture, travel, and design – be it in the shape of content-writing or old-school journalism. My working languages are Danish and English.
I work for many different clients ranging from media outlets and ad agencies, to business in the extended food- and other industries.
After getting a Ph.D. and working as a researcher specialising in radio history, I chose to leave my position as postdoc to work as a freelancer full time.
The combination of my academic and commercial pasts enables me to communicate any subject to a larger audience with great ease.
