I’ve written countless pieces on food and travel for digital and analogue media alike, so far including Politikens Forlag, Jyllands-Posten, Munchies, VICE, Copenhagen Food, Magasinet Lækkerier etc.

Alongside that I’ve also been writing industry news and business portraits for the likes of Fødevaremagasinet, Fiskehandleren, Ost & Ko.

In other words I’ve covered all of the classic subjects, such as oyster safaris, viking food culture, cheese clubs, convenience trends, porridge competitions, and how to make limoncello (let me know if you want the recipe). But I sure as hell am not done exploring.
