I’ve been on oyster safaris and once managed to retrieve the golden porridge recipe from the reigning World Champion in porridge making. I also acted as a judge in a viking cooking competition and chatted with circus performers to hear what they eat on the road.
In short, I and my trusty ol’ Moleskine have travelled in and out, up and down, through and beyond in search of quirks and angles.
My specialty is food and travel pieces for digital and analogue media alike. So far I’ve been published in Politikens Forlag, Jyllands-Posten, Munchies, VICE, Copenhagen Food, Magasinet Lækkerier etc.
Alongside that I’ve also covered industry news and business portraits for the likes of Fødevaremagasinet, Fiskehandleren, Ost & Ko.
